The Goal
The INCH wants to produce maximum good, and a step toward that is spending maximal resources toward the objectives and minimal resources on the mere sustaining --  management, and administration.  Starting in 2010, we have been successfully taking successive steps to cut paperwork and administration.  At the moment, we have:

• Created a series of web-based tools, dashboards, and procedures that put nearly all of our administrative work on the web so that the INCH can work while mobile,
  
• Closed the physical administrative office, saving rent and acting as a spur to being out in the community,
• Begun organizing our programs around volunteer fellowship groups, encompassing diversity in faith, age, and background,
• Begun organizing the program structures to also use web-based tools and and to easily accommodate volunteers' schedules and locations, creating a more accessible INCH.
